Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Regardless of the reason for the return, we guarantee a period of 10 days after receiving your product, during which you can notify us of your intention to return the item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Refunds will not be given for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To complete the return, we will ask you for a receipt or proof of purchase. We may also ask you for photos and/or videos of your product as proof (for example, in the case of a defective product). If it has been more than 10 days since you received the product(s), unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.


Once we have received your return and it has been reviewed by our partner or supplier, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used during checkout or your PayPal account within a few days.

Defective products

If the products you received are defective or damaged, you have the right to obtain a replacement free of charge. Send us an email to info@maderalab.com and we will proceed with the change.

Return procedure

To return the goods, send us an email so we can give you the return procedure.

Securely wrap your package in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit back to our partner. Products must be returned to the following address:

Please note that you will have to cover shipping costs for the products you wish to return. Shipping costs are not refundable. Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to arrive will vary.
