All our ophthalmic models have a system to open the frame so that the lenses can be changed without forcing the wood, eliminating the risk of breakage. You only have to remove a small screw to be able to open the frame without risk. It is very simple.

The frames are made of different local and exotic woods: Walnut, Oak, Zebrawood, Cherry, Rosewood, Teak...) The wood used comes in the characteristics of each model in our online store.

Cleaning and maintenance

All of our ophthalmic frames have a coating to protect them from moisture. That means that in contact with minor sources of water such as rain, sweat or light splashes, there are no problems. It does not mean that they are waterproof: We invite you to take care of them, that is, do not bathe with them and do not submerge them in water and in general, avoid unnecessary sources of humidity.

To clean them, simply use a damp cloth without adding chemicals and dry them well afterwards.

When not in use, store them in their protective bag or cork case.

This way they will last you for years!

Delivery times

Preparation time varies depending on the type of graduation and treatment requested. It can vary from 48 hours to 8 business days. Anti-reflective, hydrophobic, anti-dust and blue light treatments require time to be applied optimally. We appreciate your patience.

Terms and Conditions for Prescription Lenses (Warranty)

We work with Essilor®, world leader in ophthalmic lenses to offer a wide range of lenses.

Economical lenses, CR-39, Polycarbonate, Progressive, Polarized Xperio®, Transition®, Crizal® Premium to cover all the needs of our clients and for all budgets.

To provide a Premium service, we offer the following guarantees and conditions:

  1. In order to request a guarantee, you will have to present your proof of purchase or your order number.
  2. An exchange may be requested due to graduation errors within 15 calendar days after delivery/reception of the product, at no additional cost . No changes or re-work will be accepted after these 15 days.
  3. The graduation will be made based on the prescription (recipe) delivered at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for poorly made or expired recipes. We invite you to perform your vision exam at certified establishments and not provide prescriptions that are more than 1 year old.
  4. Crizal®, Transition® and Xperio® treatments have a 6-month warranty . Changes will not be accepted due to scratches, breaks due to falls or knocks and/or application of chemical agents. The lenses will be checked before validating the warranty.
  5. Basic lenses will have a one-time warranty of 6 months. Changes will not be accepted due to scratches, breaks due to falls or knocks and/or application of chemical agents. The lenses will be checked before validating the warranty.
  6. In case of frame breakage, we offer a 6-month one-time warranty for factory defect or wood wear. Changes will not be accepted for breaks due to falls or blows and/or application of chemical agents on the wood. The lenses will be checked before validating the warranty.
  7. Once you have purchased your frame with graduated lenses, it will not be possible to exchange or refund the purchase without justification.
